It was the strangest thing! Josh and I were going to brunch with our friend Jimmy, who was about to leave to drive back Columbia after his weekend visit, and it was pouring down rain. We we sitting in the restaurant situated on Ponce with large windows and all of a sudden the pouring down rain turned into the thickest snow flakes I have ever seen. It was beautiful. We all just stared out the restaurant windows for awhile in amazement.
Of course after we got back home and Jimmy hit the road to outrun the snow back to Columbia, Josh and I grabbed Hunny and took her outside to play. She loves the snow and tried to eat it all. She especially loved the snow on our back deck. She kept going crazy and making doggie versions of snow angles on her back !
The snow continued to come down until about 5pm and then the stinking sun started making its way back out. It sure was beautiful while it lasted and I am glad we got to play in it!
